That was surprisingly good

You know, Nicholas Cage is really starting to grow on me.

Yup, just caught National Treasures - Book Of Secrets.
Entertaining? Check. Fluffy? Check. But good fun, nevertheless. The movie was .... haha... it was filled with Little Moments in the first half hour. Litle moments like.... Hey, that's Ed Harris! Oh my god, Jon Voight. WTF? Helen Mirriam? Oh LOOK, that has GOT to be Harvey Keitel!! Yeah... heavy weight names + stars enjoying themselves hamming it up + light good-times movie = pretty fair entertainment. Pretty fair indeed!

HHmmmm. Yup. I think the constant bickering of the love-hate relationship between Jon Voight's and Helen Mirriam's characters were the most enjoyable. Uh huh, yes I do. It was very belivable that they'd been squbbling for 32 years. Naunced and funny, I think they stole the show from about halfway through. :))

This might be one for keeps. Plus part 1, o'course!

That looks like a fun movie to watch! I remember watching the first one and enjoying myself too. I've always like Nicholas Cage as an actor. He brings a certain quirkiness to his characters that only he can pull off.... which reminds me of another actor that I think does that well... Ryan Gosling ;)

Babes,
I really enjoyed the first one too. Now that the sequal is just as good, I have to hunt down the copies for me to *own*. lol.
